Renovated in a contemporary style, the castle wine bar offers you to taste a selection of great Swiss wines by the glass accompanied by terrines, small pâtés, and other tasty dishes 100% local. Classic < Wine Tasting > or < Private wine tasting > options are also available. The furniture entirely made with oak wood of the region offers a neat, elegant, and atypical atmosphere. The wines of the estate as well as those of the prestigious Clos des Moines, Clos des Abbayes, Domaine du Burignon and Abbaye de Mont, all located in prestigious appellations, are to be discovered through a rich diversity of references. The furnished terrace welcomes you in a spirit of conviviality during summer with various musical and gustatory animations.

At the bottom of the wine bar, discover our naturally temperate and elegantly furnished wine library. The range of wines developed in the cellars of the estates of the city of Lausanne presents a great diversity of grape varieties and terroirs. You will be able to acquire the historic range of Lausanne Wines obtained for you during the historic auction by Michel. The wines are mineral and fond of whites, fruity and round for red wines. The L selection is also offered, a range of emotions and tastes!
To regain the atmosphere of the wine bar at your home, we offer apero boxes, a selection of our wines and grocery products to receive at your home once a month.

Un bon verre de "Il n'était qu'une fois", notre vin issu du cépage "Viognier" accompagné des fameux crackers au levain de YOB, dégusté en toute décontraction sur notre terrasse désormais fleurie, est un rêve qui va bientôt devenir réalité pour toi 🙂
