Lemon and ginger syrup is a refreshing drink.
Add one tablespoon or at discretion per serving to soft drinks to enjoy the taste of lemon and ginger. Add one to two tablespoons to a cup of natural or sparkling water to make lemon-ginger lemonade.
Ingredients: 100% lemon juice, sugar, ginger.
The durum wheat specific to pasta making, walnuts and squash are all grown in Oulens-sous-Echallens, in Gros de Vaud. And as this pasta is also made in Lausanne, it has been awarded the very official “Produits du terroir vaudois” label.
